What data we handle and why

- Why: to reply to you and, if you write on behalf of a media outlet, broadcaster or organisation, to manage the professional relationship.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when you write to prepare a professional agreement, pre‑contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)).
- How long: for as long as the conversation lasts and, after that, for as long as the law requires.

- Cloudflare: manages the kitomo.com domain. Transfers outside the European Union are made with GDPR safeguards (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
- Email: the owner's email provider.
Children
This website is intended for adults: families, educators, press and industry. Children look at it with an adult. The only data we receive is from the adults who write to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to m@creactia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
